New Moon Meditation with Lauren - October
The new moon is a fertile time to sow seeds.
While the full moon is a time of reverence, celebration, and commemoration of efforts brought to fruition…the new moon begins the cycle anew.
The darkness and emptiness of the sky provide a blank canvas, calling us to stop and listen. To draw deep within.
To meditate on our current situation, listen to the stirrings of our intuition, and let the seeds of our next steps reveal themselves.
You could say the new moon is a fresh start. A portal into potential. A chance to recentre, realign, and reimagine.
As parents, caregivers, citizens, and humans…we need and *deserve* to work with this cosmic energy to nurture the emotions, decisions, and opportunities that create a meaningful and memorable month ahead.
What do you want to grow in your life?
Where do you need to put your action and intention to cultivate this?
You don’t need to answer this now. Or even with your mind.
Through guided visualization, reflective journaling, and support from the elements, we will uncover it. Together.
